This is my current adaptation of the gloomy weather that usually surge Semarang lately. Clouds, rains, and chills escort us every single day. We hardly ever see the sunlight. It draws me to play around with more trousers and tops that make me feel warmer.

These photos were taken on football field near to my house. It is simply perfect to spend a little free time with friends. With our recent bustle, 2 hours time is priceless. And this rainy season being more melancholy due to one of my bestie will encounter the next step of life. Married. Yes, Finally she meet her soul-mate after all this time and she will get married on this weekend. Aaaahhh there are always cute things and something exciting when the wedding party will be held. I’m obviously happy for her 🙂

A few weeks ago, my bestie – Ana asked me to take her pre wedding photo. Due to I have an interest in photography, I was obviously delight with that request. It must be fascinating when we able to capture beautiful photos.

Although I’m still in the learning phase on photography, with a little courage and recklessness I take the challenge. Let’s learning by doing! Then I and the spouse went to a special location in our city that called Old City or little Netherlands. It belongs to The Dutch Colonial heritage that ever came and occupied Semarang in the past. There are many gorgeous unique ancient buildings.

Here is the glimpse of pre wedding photos that is captured by an amateur photographer or please take a peek here to see more. I will be appreciated if you leave a comment about the result. Enjoy 🙂 !

This is a late post that happen in my life. A few months ago, a blogger friend surprising me. I received a package from someone who lives miles far away. She is Terrill Welch,  an artist, writer, and photographer from Mayne Island Canada. This gift contains of a book ‘Precious Seconds’ of her paintings and photographs  that she took, tee, and jumpsuits for my son. What a lovely!

Starting from our blog, we visit each other and became closer because she’s a sincere. Look at how she sent a lovely gift from another island that is very very far away. It even takes about 4 months long to get to my house, Semarang Indonesia.

It is such a special care and attention whereas I am only idler blogger that occasionally visit to her virtual home http://creativepotager.wordpress.com (look at her creative, what a painting!) and catch up via Twitter. I am deeply impressed and grateful to know her as a friend.

Yeah, make friends is that easy. As long as we are in the right corridor and good manners, we will easily get a lot of friends. Giving respect and loving each other is one of many important things in friendship.

Happy New Year 2013

Sometimes in life we’re too tired to think how to properly and wisely behave. We are busy for undergoing recent activities that drain our time. We even tend to not really care about what should we do and what people think. We just go to the flow, just like water in the river. Sometime it sounds good because we seem don’t force anything, but in the same way it’s like neglect our social life. And at the end of the year then we realized that we did not do anything.

Time goes so fast. Even the resolutions that we painstakingly create in the last end of year is still being resolution in this year. The more we look for our weakness in the past, the longer what-to-do list we made which is only writing on a piece of paper.

But I believe, with some effort, we can certainly reduce some of the resolution list (read: realize our targets). I accidentally opened my resolution 2 years ago here, and it turns out of 13 points I’ve made, there only 3 things that have not materialized and they went back to 2013’s resolution, even in some cases I can be a few steps ahead. Surprising!

And here are my recent resolution: Being more patient, Maintaining a strong self control, Being a wisely wife and mom, Increasing interest of reading the book to set an example to my children, Improving my English by enhancing some vocabulary (OMG it’s getting worst now), Expediting on reading Al Quran, continuing my study… Wooow need extra sweat to make those happen.

Spent the rest of the New Year holiday with my little family in Mr. Pancake café and tasted some meals for lunch such as Spaghetti Cilly Prawn, Spaghetti Conpollo, and Chocoholic Lovers Pancake.

I earnestly thank to ‘Baby Lead Weaning’ method so my baby can independently eat and our lunch were going so fluent 🙂

Sending a bear warm hugs for everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013 🙂
